• Pottery Barn has received two reports of beds collapsing. Two 3-year-old girls suffered minor scrapes and bruises in separate incidents.

• Consumers should stop using the bunk beds and contact Pottery Barn Kids to schedule a home pick-up. The firm will refund the purchase price, including shipping, and provide a $200 gift certificate.
