CPSC, Alco Industries Inc. Announce Recall of Water Fountains With Candle Holders

• The tea candles on the water fountains can flare up, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.

The recalled water fountains have a black base and two tiers of rocks, over which water flows. The decorative rocks come in various shapes and colors. Two candles are perched above the fountain, set in black candle holders, and lit behind a painted glass cover. A sticker on the bottom of the fountain reads "Made in China." The "Submersible Pump" attached to the bottom of the fountain reads, in part, "Jebo" and "Made in China"

• Alco Industries has received two reports of candles flaring up, including two consumers who suffered burn injuries.

官方补救措施 Remedy

• Consumers should stop using the tea candles immediately and return the water fountain set to the store where purchased, for a full refund or a replacement of the tea candles.
