This recall involves "Cometa" green and white plastic stack chairs. UPC numbers 0-82294-319754 (white) and 0-82294-319785 (green) are located on a label on the front of the chair. "Made in Italy" and "Not Recommended for Use on Polished or Smooth Surfaces" are also printed on the label.

• S.I.T. has received two reports of the chairs collapsing. No injuries have been reported.
