• The middle candleholder is mounted directly below the top candleholder, which can cause the top candle to overheat and flare. This poses a fire hazard, which can result in a burn injury or property damage.

The holders are constructed of metal and glass disks and are in the shape of a vertical wave pattern. The tea light candles rest behind the glass disks. The holders are purple and black, yellow and white or green and white.

• There have been two incidents of candles flaring. The incidents did not result in injury or property damage. Meijer is recalling the candleholder to prevent injury or property damage.

• Consumers should stop using the candleholder immediately and return it to their local Meijer store for a refund.
