- Lands' End, Inc. has received reports of the zipper detaching, but no injuries have been reported.

- Consumers should immediately stop using this product and contact Lands' End. Many purchasers were contacted directly by letter and provided with a replacement parka. If you have not received a letter regarding this product, please contact Lands' End to discuss the return, refund or replacement of your child's parka.
