官方描述 Description
The recall involves the 200 and 300 Bar versions of the OMS Rotating Cross Bar Manifold. The manifold consists of two valves which have "O.M.S." stamped on the side of each valve and a crossbar that has three O-rings per side. Each part has a black plastic knob.

- There has been one report of breathing air leaking from a cylinder. No injuries have been reported.

- Affected units will be replaced at no cost to the consumer.
