This alert is only for consumers who purchased Item Number 40491 (the item number is located on the side of the packaging below the logo), an eight pack of Fern Warm Comforts tea light candles, after October 26, 2004. The tea light candles are green and come in a plastic holder. Candles purchased prior to October 26, 2004 are not affected by this alert.

• Southern Living At HOME has received one report of high flame. There are no reported injuries.

• Southern Living At HOME will notify consumers who purchased the recalled candles directly and will receive a free replacement candle set.
