The products are smoke-producing novelty devices packaged in a 4.5-inch-long cylindrical tube. "MAMMOTH SMOKE" is written on the side of the devices in blue and yellow. They were sold in sets with other types of fireworks.

• BJ Alan Co. has received two reports of incidents in which the product propelled on ground or exploded. One incident resulted in a minor burn to a consumer's foot.
