Lenox Recalls Covered Warmer Dishes Due to Fire and Burn Hazards

This recall involves covered ceramic warmer dishes with a rack and tea light candle. A label with "Lenox" and the SKU number is on the bottom of the warming dish. • The firm has received eight reports of flames extending up the sides of the dish and smoking. No injuries have been reported.
