• Miracle Recreation Equipment Co. has received three reports of injuries, including two reports of cuts requiring stitches and one report of a fractured foot.

• Consumers should immediately remove the tire swing, including the swivel, chains and tire from the hanger clamp until a free repair kit is installed. The company has sent direct mail notices to consumers.
